Grail Table Test Battery

Tables are a major new feature of Grail 0.3, so we've separated their test cases into a separate list. We'll be fleshing these out as more attribute recognition gets into tables. Most of these are positive tests and most likely Grail tables aren't very forgiving of bogus HTML at the moment. Eventually we'll need to add a bunch of negative tests as well.
