A Modeless Dialog Box
A modeless dialog box is a separate window that is created in response
to some user action (usually). It is modeless because interaction
with the main window is still possible.
This shows the use of the Toplevel widget, which creates a new
top-level window (which can be moved around and resized by the user,
with the help of a window manager).
