Patches for Grail 0.6

There is one patch to Grail 0.6.

Patches to Grail should be applied from the top level of the source tree using the patch program. If you don't have patch, you can get the sources from any GNU software mirror. Use the following commands:

cd grail-0.6/
patch <patch-file

• Charles G Waldman reported that numeric character references in attribute values weren't being replaced. This patch fixes this bug.
